Your order will be despatched within 2 business days after receiving confirmation and payment of said order providing the item is available at that time.

Depending upon the delivery location your order will be shipped by either:

Domestic Orders

Please allow up to 2 – 5 business days for delivery.

	Australian Post (Registered Mail) If you are not home at the time of delivery (usually between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday) you will be left a calling card to pick up the item at the nearest post office.
	Fastway Couriers Fastway will deliver usually between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and will leave a calling card if no one is home. You will be able to arrange an alternate time for them to return and deliver the item to you or pick up at their depot, whichever best suits your needs.

International Orders

	Australian Post (Registered Mail) Please allow up to 3 – 10 business days delivery time. This shipping method is used for smaller items.
	Australia Post Airmail (Registered Mail) Please allow up to 7 – 10 business days delivery time. This method is used and is best suited for shipping boards.

Disclaimer

Some countries have taxes or import duties on items entering the country. Found Boards do not take responsibility for these charges and cannot estimate what they will be.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

There is no obligation on our part to resend the order at any cost to us if the information provided by you was incorrect.

Returns Policy

Please choose carefully, no refund will be given if you simply change your mind. A refund is only given due to a manufacturer’s fault covered by the warranty.

If a board has been damaged through the delivery process, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain original packaging and the original proof of purchase must always be provided with all returns.

Warranty

For any warranty issue please contact us immediately via email and the manufacturer will be informed of any problems.

No bodyboard is covered for creasing, bubbling, popped strigers or misuse.
