HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
Once you have chosen all the items you wish to purchase from http://www.foundboards.com and added them to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout by simply clicking ‘checkout’. Do this once you have finished shopping and are ready to finalize your purchase.
From here you can either proceed to:

Complete the purchase and become a member by clicking the create an account which will mean if you are to place an order in the future http://www.foundboards.com will remember your details, and or alternatively complete your order as a guest.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes we are able to change your order right up until the moment it has been shipped. Our orders are processed and shipped fast, usually within two business days from the day of purchase. So you must contact us by email as ASAP. If the order has already been shipped then you must refer to our returns and exchanges policy.

CAN I EXCHNAGE MY PURCHASE IN A STORE?
We currently do not provide this service you will have to contact Foundboards.com if you purchased your product online or alternatively where the product was purchased.
WHAT CAN I USE AS A PROOF OF PURCHASE?
The tax invoice received with the purchase is the most ideal. In the event that you have lost the original tax invoice you can be emailed the tax invoice by logging into my account section of the website.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY PURCHASE IS FAULTY?
Notify us immediately as in the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty we will endeavor to fix the problem and or provide a full refund.
